Do I want to always get the space that's under the brightest light for when I come home at night? Yes! Do I think enough people will sign up?

No. Not until they get the occupancy rates way way higher. This place is still charging far too much for new renters. They're trying to charge over $800 for 660 square feet 1 bed, 1 bath. It won't fly as that's the price that opens up far more properties.
That's the only reason why I've stayed. My rent is not yet at that price point.
