Turns out a la carte TV isn't such a good idea. Now we need to have multiple apps instead of just one box that gives it all to us.

I cut the cord a couple of years ago and I'm regretting it now. No DVR really sucks. I forget about shows and miss episodes all the time. I hate having to remember which app each show is on.
And the cost is not cheaper. I thought things were supposed to be cheaper and easier and better overall but it's the opposite for me in my experience.
