i don't think that matters. Disney can now question every single thing the new board does, right or not, and make their lives hell.

it's an interesting tactic, i guess they figure they can wear down the board while they try to do anything damaging, then deal with it later on down the line.
this is a momentary issue, DeSantis will be out of office soon enough, they can sort things out with the next dictator of florida.
