we had a soft open for valentine's weekend, had lots of folks show up, great time. we have a ton of donations, things seem to be speeding up.
the last hurdle was the certificate of occupancy, got that about a week ago after permitting hell.
we're almost at a year since the building was purchased, this has been much harder than we thought it would be but this is going to be a great model for other folks who want to try the same thing :)
