Do "kids" these days not understand mailing addresses? Recent group of people we hired are younger and they mess up billing address so badly...

These are people in their mid to late 20's. Past hires have tended to be in late 20's to early 30's.
They do not understand differences between prefixes and suffixes when it comes to mailing addresses and there is much more noticeable bad data and errors being entered into our database then just three years ago. I never thought I would be needing to send reminders to adults about what I consider such a basic thing. But maybe because they get such little personal mail anymore.
