Today's experiment - instead of a little salt to season my tuna salad, how about I use Vegemite instead?

by itself, it changes the taste of the tuna but in the full salad it works to counteract the acidity of the capers and the pickled jalapenos I added

I kind of like it

tuna, mayo, Vegemite, capers, pickled jalapenos, roasted red peppers on toasted rye with melted American cheese is the full experiment today
