Yes, it seems to be shorter than MH, since you move through areas faster.

You get upgrades to your "attack power" very quickly, instead of farming lots of gold/points in one area and then get a new trap/map and progress to the next one. I find MM more engaging in that regard, but it puts a lot of pressure on them to release more content.
