How is Dulles not bigger than Harrisburg?

I say this not having been to Harrisburg, and not having been to Dulles in a very, very long time. But unless Harrisburg has added over 11000 acres in the past 4 years, it is smaller. And Dulles was the 9th busiest international passenger airport in 2007 (latest rankings on wiki), 5 spots above Philly.
Unless you meant Dulles was $150 more. Or that smaller airports are cheaper.
