And it's telling how most of the riders didn't really dare to attack him when he first commanded the pursuer group after Contador went ahead.

But then they saw that he really isn't the Armstrong of 4 years ago and he started to lag behind.

But the fact that he was able to instill such fear and respect on the group is testament to his stature. But no one is immune to age.
