- Users with ancient iPhones who never switched to our MDM
- Handfuls of company iPhones running in a kind of split brain where MDM is working but authentication is linked to a different machine record in Azure
- Company PCs that fell off SCCM/Intune
- Guy who uses personal computer for work because he connects to dodgy industrial systems and needs admin rights

Loving the ability to fix these issues and get things right but boy was that a lot of unexpected things
