since it possible, even likely that campaign finance regulations are federal they will petition the court to move it from state to federal court.
remember they are also looking at all his banking frauds where he claimed a property was only worth so much for taxes, but 10x or more for collateral
that's state stuff.... and he's coming to NY to get booked...
so I'm guessing they will serve him to answer all those other questions...stormy is just the first squalls of the impending hurricane season.
