Step 1: fracture it into internal sub-twitters that all feed into the main twitter

Step 2: let people rehome themselves like Geocities sites.

Step 3: when that's finished, join the Fediverse in a way that allows each of the sub-twitters to be Fedibanned if it turns out they're full of fuckwits.

Then, gradually, the fuckwits can be pushed out of the system.
