I grew up with Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) and Booster Gold as a comedy team. I'd love to see that. But I'm not sure Ted Kord even has a place in the

The Beetle ship, though, looked straight from Kord's era.
My problem with DC movies is the writing almost invariably suuuuucccckkkks. So I don't even bother. Any character can be compelling and enjoyable to watch with the proper approach and good writing. Maybe this will be one of those projects.
