How has it been helping, or how to enable it?

It has been helping by steering me toward ignoring most posted tweets & their threads. Sometimes I can't resist and I click through in Incognito mode, but that's growing more rare.
To enable it, go to Edit Profile and choose from the "expand links" drop-down - there's an "except Twitter" option.
