March 24th DeSantis signed a bill for insurance tort reform. Changed so much that my handling of Florida files changed forever.

How the Plaintiff bar allowed this… no one knows. Shortened the time to file a suit from 4 to 2 years. No more pure comparative negligence percentages. If a person is more than 51% at fault for their own accident, they can’t collect. No more skipping using your own health insurance and letting the attorney’s doctors say it cost 5 times as much than it does. A criminal who caused a injury now on the jury form to assign fault.
Everyone is shocked this even happened in this state
