Dallas deliberately tanked their game. They will probably tank the next as well so they don't owe the Knicks the pick.

What happens next? Do the Knicks get next year's first rounder instead? Or are the Knicks shit out of luck?

Why aren't there league sanctions to prevent this behavior?
