That's A fairly inaccurate statement. Every outlet has the 'potential' to be a charging station. As of right now almost none are

also, why would any gas station want to even think of converting? Ev's charge at about 1/8 the cost of gas (if I remember correctly).
what business would want to change and make 1/8 what they make now?
