Also, an industry analyst note apparently saw some softness in domestic bookings over the past few weeks, but not international.

Which is another reason that UA/DL/AA may remain optimistic, they have a lot of international networks. (Airlines like Southwest/Spirit notsomuch, outside of the the Caribbean/Central America/Northern South America)
