Yes but I'm going to have someone install those. I thought about getting an 8 foot step ladder with platform so I could install the pulleys but

then I would still need a 12+ ft. extension ladder to get up into the attic (10.5ft ceilings). So instead I just bought the 16ft extension. No way I'm going to try to use the extensions to stand on and screw something into the ceiling. With my luck it would all crash down on our cars. Best to let someone experienced do that.
