There's no service on it, only thing you can do is play around with the useless menu system and open/close it (it's a flipper) or pretend to talk. He was transfixed by it. We decided to let him have it and give it to him occasionally in small doses.

Went out to dinner Saturday night and he was a perfect angel, in part because when he wasn't eating he was playing with his cell phone. It was actually quite funny especially when he had some conversation (in gibberish more than English) on it.
