I had three goals for this hockey season.

1) To learn and end up knowing more about hockey at the end of the season than I did at the beginning.

2) To become able to have fun watching hockey and my adopted team.

3) To hopefully see that team, the Kraken, improve over last year. To hopefully see that the management and coaching of the Kraken had a plan and a path to even more improvement.

Regardless of tonight's game or the playoffs, all three of those goals have been met - much more so than I could have possibly expected. So if the playoff run is brief, I won't be sad. I've had a blast already.
