don't know if he routinely did that, or just forgot that time. nobody likely would have cared but...

the witness for the couple and the lack of record keeping worked for the state sales tax board.

iirc he was making $130k a year late 90's in San Mateo co next to san fran.

oh, the county recorder lost his job, making about the same because he took a sabatical to go to russia when they first shook off communist and needed to learn modern record keeping, so he took leave... but he took with him a laptop he was using in his office belonging to the county...
