This is quite literally the closest thing to an admission of guilt that we would ever get from Fox. Even if it went to trial and a jury found them guilty - the company line would be "you can't get an impartial jury anymore because of the liberal elites and they all hate trump and blah blah blah.
As far as facts coming out - they're all out. Everyone knows them.
And as glass half full as David's post was about this - mine is half empty over the fact that in today's climate - truth and facts no longer matter to a good chunk of this country.
So - in all seriousness - what do we think would have "gotten fixed" if this had gone to trial and Dominion had won and (as Will suggested) the judge let a $1.6bil award stand for a $100mil company?
Is that $1.6 enough to take Fox off the air? Would ANYone at Fox even lose their time slot, let alone job?
Just some happy hump day musings.
