Yea I believe so. Ive only been to Manhattan a few times in the past decade. And all times Ive found it much easier to just drive in.

Park my car for ridiculous rates and piece of mind I can leave when I want to or need to.
last time in Manhattan was probably 2018 and then I took the bus.
