The Oxford comma.

Came to say that before I read Reagen's post. Though I'm not surprised. Mr. Rules-Bound Teacher/Educator of the Year Candidate, like whatever, dude.
The Oxford comma enhances creative writing. Period. And clarity, too, mind you.
I will die on this hill until I return unto dust and as long as the various Rules Against Perpetuities allow.
Dammit.
