I use Bluehost to do some web hosting.

I parked a couple of domains on a site once and have never been able to successfully purge that shit ever since. Mind you, the parked domains are now happily functional elsewhere on another web host. But the original Bluehost account continues to have remnants of those domains. I've contacted support repeatedly about it. They invariably claim that it's browser cache. After we get past that bullshit, they try a couple of things, claim it'll be updated in a few hours, and then blow me off.

They usually navigate to the main dashboard and say "I don't see anything". On Monday, I asked them to send me a screenshot. Then I said "OK, now click there..." and when they click there, they see the actual problem. Today, I asked for a screenshot and they sent me someone else's account information. When I called them out on that, they said they'd have to escalate it. I'm hopeful but not optimistic.
