next 50. The Boomers cannot live forever. Social change can't happen too fast - when it does you see backlash like we're seeing now. Even without the backlash, progress is rarely linear - it's more like a step function.

But most people under 40 have NO time for the regressive hateful thinking of the dinosaur generation, and soon enough they will inherit the country. If Gen Z and Millenials got their shit together, Mayor Pete can be president in 2024. they just have to impose their collective will the way prior generations have done / are doing. Gen X is with you, we just don't have the numbers.
