Technically yes, since the 2nd Galaxy is Hilbert Dimension which is the same as Euclid

so going to the Euclid Galaxy core will send you to Hilbert and you would then need to go to the Hilbert core to get to Calypso - which is harsh.
There is a shortcut if you don't mind using it:
You need to have glyphs to open a portal - there are a couple of ways to get them like from Travelers on Space Stations.
Find a portal and for all 16 fields enter the first glyph that looks like a flying saucer. It'll say the destination is bad and estimating the location. What it really does is takes you 3000-5000 light years from the core.
From there you can warp a few times to the core and bam! your in the next galaxy
