I won't get into everything that's wrong or bothering me about it but I will say, fuck every last assembly person from the suburbs surrounding NYC. Fuck them all.
They refuse to pay an added tax on businesses to help fund the MTA despite billions being spent on them so they can have the LIRR stop on the east side of Manhattan. That was all for them but now they don't want to help contribute to paying for the trains. Also, a large percentage of people use MetroNorth to get to the city from upstate and they also don't want to pay any more to keep the MTA running.
I'm so angry that only NYC businesses will be seeing the added taxes when we're not the only ones that use the MTA. I despise our governor and can't wait to vote her out of office. Also, Carl Hestie can go fuck himself as well.
