Hate the tiara, it is too dainty.
I think they were going for the contrast between powerful shapes and delicate details. I think the french cuffs work.
I THINK I like the neckline with piles of pearls.
Below the waist I hate it.
This might also look better in person. The chiffon skirt moves, and how it moves matters a lot.
