I dont know, I always feel like someone is getting a kickback out of things like this.

Corporate policy, book through the Travel Service through Concur. which charges a $10 fee for each flight, hotel, car, etc.

Or you know, book at the service's site and not have the charge.

They claim its because it gets us better rates, and the only time I have seen that is for rental cars. The rest of the time its exactly the same.
