We just had an agent book all our student travels for our National conference. It was......something.

One school has a significant number of kids and chaperones. He had half going to Orlando through Houston, half going through Newark and four students on a third flight all by themselves with no chaperone. When asked, his reply was "They are all 18". Minutes later, in an email to everyone, he blamed the airlines.
It was changed.
