Probably not.

Prior to the Stranger Things bump, she seemed to be just below the threshold of getting in -- like, if she'd just been a bit more popular in America, up around the level of Cheap Trick, then she would get in.
But she certainly deserves to be in the British equivalent, and maybe the European equivalent.
