I have LH marketed on some 016 tickets, but AFAIK you can't book a solely intra-Europe LH itinerary on 016.

But I've had flights where it's something where it's like 4 LH flights US-FRA-XXX-FRA-UA and it's coded as UA/LH/LH/LH flight numbers and I can book it on 016.
I just can't book, for example, PRG-FAR-WAW standalone ticket on 016 stock.
