Just a hard roll, sometimes toasted. I think what's different about it for us is not the ingredients but that is a to go sandwich we've all

decided is our go to breakfast sandwich. Sure, people eat other things like bagels and muffins or whatever but the BEC is for some reason the breakfast sandwich w made ours.
As far as the sandwich goes, it has to be on a hard roll. Anything else is not the same.
