I was expecting something to happen during that scene with his grandfather. Some new MCU character to pop in looking for help or something.

because it was totally pointless.

the movie ended with Peter saying he was leaving to go back to Earth to be with his grandfather and then we saw that.

Didnt need another scene (post credits no less) showing the same.
