Would you mind if I swapped in my sophomore bigs to start over my senior bigs? I've been curious if there's a team chemistry factor in the algo

If you manage your team like a real program, a senior should be the more logical start unless the underclassman is significantly more talented. In the rules they do allow for "player personality" e.g. a player might sulk/underperform when you bench them - at least I think I read that.
Anyway, I want to see if my seniors will play well from the bench, or if I'm just overthinking things that are not programmed in. My team is pretty solid top to bottom so I recognize I'm in a unique position to test this - usually it's more obvious when the underclassman should be starting.
