Has he been showing up for votes and getting stuff done? (I don't know the answer, it's an honest question)

If he has been, can you describe what upsets you? Is he not high profile enough? Not pushing specific laws that would benefit CA?
I know nothing about him, so I'm curious.
I only hear about one of my senators because he is Majority Leader.
