Replacing our porch (adjoining neighbors are very keen to sell and need to do theirs, might as well get ours done at the same time)
New fence in the backyard (quoted this two years ago but never pulled the trigger, hope lumber costs have gone down)
Roof deck on top of our detached garage (in my dreams)

      - This is similar to what we used. It lets the light through so it doesn't make the pantry feel dark. We got our stuff at Walmart. -- (link) - sycor May 17, 11:30
