My current work hour reporting system:

When I Work:
* Accept shift hours
* Clock in every morning at the exact shift start time - if I forget to clock in, email Philippines to beg forgiveness
* Clock out at exactly 8 hours later
* I never get it exactly so my manager goes in and adjust each of my daily clock-in/clock-out times every day. Because...

Core Form:
* At the end of the week, add a daily hourly total to match what I already entered in When I Work

Transitioning in May to Cronos
* Do all of the above and enter the same time into Cronos


This is what Microsoft (et al in the tech industry) is paying a 20% premium on so they can offload contractor benefits and HR management.
