I absolutely love Marshmallow and she hasn't been used on the show since The Bleakening episodes back in 2017. Six years without her on the show.
They were forced to recast her voice actor as the person playing her before was a straight guy which people took issue with.
They have hired Jari Jones who's a trans model, actress, producer and activist. Here's a video someone shared of her on reddit. I'm hopeful she'll do a wonderful job as Marshmallow.
