Seriously unimpressed when Mac's new (since xmas) laptop had a video problem that made it unusable. Unimpressed-er that it took me 30 minutes on a chat to schedule an appointment to bring it in, and the next appointment wasn't until the following afternoon (last Friday)

But: we took it in on Friday afternoon around 4pm. The tech looks at it, runs diagnostics, and says yeah, we'll have to send this off.

Monday I got a text saying that it had been fixed. UPS delivered it on Tuesday.

Wasn't expecting that turnaround time.
