IMO Festivals would work against a concert count. You could go to at least three concerts in the time I spend at Coachella

You'd want to live in walking distance of some place like the Sunset Strip where you'd have access to three venues.
Or someplace that has actual public transportation and a number of venues: London, NYC, Chicago
