Any idea if it recouped it's costs? Even just 100 rooms, set dressed so specifically, can't be cheap

To redo. Nevermind the rest of the facilities that supported the rooms like restaurants and lobbies, etc.
No idea how extensive the "ride" portion of the experience would be either.
I figure staff is a wash because they can at least learn new scripts, etc.
