she suffers from dementia, uses a walker, was in a room by herself, was approaching police with a knife, and "did not drop the knife when ordered". after being hit by the taser she fell and hit her head and is now in hospital in critical condition. ugh. I mean if you don't think you can physically overpower a 95-year-old with a walker maybe you shouldn't be a cop.
