You do you. But, good Customer service+computer literate+organizational+can write a complete sentence/good writers are all transferable qualities -- (edited)

Companies need people with all those qualifications
I worked retail, for a long time…I’m super salty, still about it.
Got lied to, used, broken promises of promotions, held back because I stood up for being co-workers being bullied and abused. Done it and seen it all…
People at the top are looking out for themselves, and lie/manipulate people into working terrible schedules, positions, etc— and getting people into sacrificing way more than they are willing to—
I’m forever salty—but, they do have their eyes on that “front end” labor $$—it’s always about the bottom line and they are slowly chiseling the money away from those positions.
“More with less”
