aside from uniformly being irredemible garbage people, they're all clearly incompetent to be put in charge of a Fox-level media company

which just begs the Michael Scott question of straining credulity that real people ever act or sound that dumb at that level in real life (though Jared and Don Jr. seem to have come pretty close)
