i think it's the difference between making it a requirement and making it a right..

Constitutional rights are not funded by the gov't and shouldn't be paid for by the gov't... they're just our God-given rights that the gov't is to uphold. I don't believe "having health care" is a right, but that bill states that severance from healthcare will be unconstitutional.

making it a requirement is one thing.. like car insurance.. but it's not like we have a "right to car insurance"...



as far as additional coverage, there appears to be a Health Exchange where new coverages can be created, have a cost associated with them, and added to plans... so perhaps there will be, but at what cost?
