ST Men's Health: Shaving the male junk.. what's the best razor to use?

TMI... just warning....

I tried to shave with hair clippers, and some skin got snagged...i also don't particularly think using a regular razor would work well..

so i'm thinking an electric wet/dry would do the trick with the minimum of discomfort and potential for ruptured scrotum.
