I have a friend in alternative energy...solar has variable output and the stress that puts on the grid is insane. You have to have ingest points

that keepmit constant. Things that are basically like giant fly wheels that slowly speed up or slow down with power chanbes, but keep power fairly steady.

Wind does not have this issue..

But the point also stands we're using 100+ year old power designs and have not updated much of it.
